Sweet Tales Photography is currently accepting applications for upcoming model calls for maternity, newborn, and fine art children photography sessions across Toronto, Markham, Stouffville, and the Greater Toronto Area.
Model calls allow me to create intentional, creative, and educational imagery while offering selected families a beautifully curated photography experience. These sessions help shape my portfolio, test new concepts, and refine styling — all while documenting meaningful moments for growing families.

What Is a Model Session?
Model sessions are complimentary photography sessions offered to a limited number of selected applicants. Each session follows a specific creative vision, timeline, and styling plan.
Because these sessions support professional and educational goals, they require:
Flexibility
Punctuality
Comfort following gentle direction
Model sessions cannot be rescheduled and are best suited for families who are excited to collaborate creatively.
Maternity Model Call | Toronto & GTA
Maternity model sessions are styled with designer maternity gowns and focus on elegant, emotive portraits celebrating motherhood.
Requirements:
Low-risk pregnancy with no medical restrictions
Comfortable sitting, standing, and lying down
Session scheduled between 26–34 weeks of pregnancy
Weekday availability, if required
Selected maternity models receive a complimentary session and 5 edited digital images.
Newborn Model Call | Toronto, Markham & Stouffville
Newborn model sessions take place within the first three weeks after birth and focus on natural, love-filled moments. Many sessions are held in the comfort of your home.
Expectant parents may apply in advance by including their due date.
Fine Art Children Model Call | GTA
Occasionally, I also seek children for fine art and creative projects. These sessions are calm, guided, and ideal for children comfortable following gentle direction.
Please include the child’s age, gender, and recent photos when applying.

Sessions are scheduled for specific creative needs and cannot be rescheduled
Images may be used for portfolio, website, social media, and educational content
Only a limited number of applicants will be selected
